Interactive Platform for Client Reporting

Mega Lab Services, a lab testing company, needed to implement a web portal for their customers. Reporting test results in a secured and convenient manner was a struggle as previous processes involved sharing sensitive information via email. AcePointe was able to build a very secured, customer-centric and highly usable self-service platform. This platform also eliminated a significant amount of manual effort performed by the administrative staff (Uploading test results). It also incorporation visual configuration options to simplify data entries and transfers from external vendors.
